All fees for services are clearly stated in advance and must be paid prior to the start of service. Our fees cover consulting time only and do not include government filing fees, postage, or third-party charges.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all fees are non-refundable, even if your application is ultimately unsuccessful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Origins shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use of our services — including application denial, delays, or financial loss. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for our services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All documents and communications will be handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your written consent.
